Requests for International House rooms should be submitted at least one week in advance. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Please note that because the I-House is primarily a programming facility, we cannot easily accommodate weekly or monthly meetings for organizations. Groups are allowed to book continuous meetings 3 weeks in advance.
Rooms can be reserved Monday -Thursday from 8:30am-8:30pm and on Fridays from 8:30am-4:30pm. Reservations outside of these hours are subject to fees.
As of February 4, 2019 all campus room reservation requests will need to be submitted through Ad Astra, UT’s new event and meeting reservation system. Campus Event Services oversees the reservation process for all events and meetings at the University of Tennessee. You can learn more about Ad Astra on their website.

You can use Ad Astra to see available dates, times and rooms on campus for your meeting or event. Once you have found the available date, time, and room you would like you can submit your request directly through Ad Astra. You should be notified if your request was approved within 3 – 5 business days. Use your NetID and password to access Ad Astra.
