What is IJAMS?
Ijams Nature Center is a nonprofit environmental education center that relies on member and donor support.
Ijam’s mission is to encourage stewardship of the natural world by providing an urban greenspace for people to learn about and enjoy the outdoors through engaging experiences.
Ijams provides opportunities to hike, paddle, climb, and bike! From small discoveries to big adventures, Ijams will help you discover the wonder of nature.

Cost: FREE with a refundable deposit! Transportation and lunch are provided by the International House. However, in order to ensure that as many participants are able to attend as possible and people do not register for the event and then not show up for it, we must require a refundable deposit ($10) from each participant who registers. It will be returned to participants on the day of the event.

- Go to the International House reception desk to pay the $10 deposit with cash by 8:00 pm on May, 3. (We cannot provide change, so please bring the exact amount.)
- Receive a receipt from the International House staff. (Bring this receipt with you on the trip, and your deposit will be returned to you.)
