International Festival

Booth Days: October 12-14

    Student Union Plaza | 11 am to 1 pm

Performance Day: October 15

    Student Union Auditorium | 5 pm to 7 pm

The International Festival brings together all of the university’s international organizations to host booths with food and other artifacts representing their cultures. With food and performances, International Festival presents an opportunity to explore cultures from around the world without ever leaving campus.

The 2020 International Festival will be held across multiple days to allow for adequate execution of safety measures. Visit each day to engage with different cultures!

International Festival Registration Form Fall 2020

International Festival will take place on from Monday, October 12 to Wednesday, October 14. This form must be completed by October 4th. Before signing up, please read through INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL 101
  • This year's International Festival will be held on multiple days. Each day has a maximum of 6 booths available. If you do not see a day available below, it has been closed for registration due to full capacity.
  • Booths are only used by UT student groups. Other groups (advocacy, issues, departmental programs, etc.) who wish to participate in the festival must reserve a table.
  • Groups will not be allowed to cook and sell their own food. The International House will purchase catered food on your behalf to serve at your booth. Please indicate a restaurant or market and food item you would like to serve.
  • Booths will be judged based on educational value, cultural awareness, visual presentation, and engagement.
  • Food Safety Training will be held Via Zoom at both 11am and 4pm on Friday, October 9th. A representative from your group may attend either session on that day.
