All reservation requests must be submitted through 25Live, UT’s event and meeting reservation system. Campus Event Services oversees the reservation process for all events and meetings at the University of Tennessee. You can reserve space on the university’s 25 Live website.
The International House serves as both a student center as well as a small conference/programming center. It was originally built to provide programming and services for UT students. I-House space may be reserved by off-campus groups; however, priority is given to on-campus groups and offices. Non-UT affiliated organizations will incur fees to use the facility. If you are interested in reserving space in the I-House, please review our room information and policies and fees pages.
Requests for I-House rooms should be submitted at least 10 business days in advance. After you submit a request for the current semester, please allow 3-7 business days for International House staff to respond. Response time will be longer for future semester requests.
Please note that because the I-House is primarily a programming facility, we cannot easily accommodate weekly or monthly meetings for organizations.
During the academic year, rooms can be reserved Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During the summer, reservations can be made Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Reservations outside of these hours are subject to fees.
If you have questions specifically about room reservations at the I-House, please call 865-974-4453 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
